Use of the App

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Registration

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

User Conduct

By using the App, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy, and publicity rights.
• Post or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Engage in any activity that could disrupt, damage, or impair the functioning of the App or our servers.
• Use the App to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional materials.

Content and Intellectual Property

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you post or share on the App ("User Content"). By posting or sharing User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the App and our business.

Qatapolt Content

All content provided by Qatapolt, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Qatapolt or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our content without our express written permission.

Features of the App

Arena

Explore and customize your timeline to enjoy the Qatapolt experience. The Arena serves as the "Home" button for easy navigation.

Create a Post

Create and publish posts to share your thoughts, achievements, and updates with the Qatapolt community.

Medal

Show appreciation for content by giving out medals, which function as "Like" buttons.

Views

Track the number of views your posts receive.

Trophy

A trophy indicates that a user is verified and their account is active.

Watchlist

Add users to your private watchlist by pressing the star button on their profile. Only you can see your watchlist.

Advanced Search

Use the advanced search feature to find specific users or content within the App.

Qatapolt News

Stay updated with the latest news and updates from the Qatapolt community.

Free Agents

Connect with opportunities if you have parted ways with a professional club or organization.

Help / Support

Contact our support team if you encounter any issues while using the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qatapolt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App.
